Step One - Meeting
We’ll meet with you at your home, business or at our showroom. This important step allows us to gather information on your needs, desires, how you live, entertain & work. You’ll learn about the newest technologies, the best options & solutions to enjoy and simplify your daily lives.
Step 2: Estimate for your System
A proposal will be created based on your exact needs. It will provided you with details on all products, costs & installation for each area. Your pricing will be very competitive, even matching on-line internet sales.
Step 3: Taking Care of You & Your Project
You’ll have a project manager who will be responsible to take care of you & your installation through to completion. He's friendly, will help you with great input, answer your question and make any adjustments along the way. If you project requires multiple trips he will work closely with you to accommodate your schedule.
Step 4: Programming
Programming is where the magic happens. Making your system user friendly is very important. Your system will be programed specifically for your desires and needs. Just 1 app on your phones, tablets or 1 simple remote control can operate your entire unified system. You’ll love how easy it is.
Step 5: Ongoing Support for You & Your System
Your project manager will walk you through all the features and show you how easy it is to operate your system. He will remain your contact for 60 days after your installation, just to make sure any bugs are worked out and you're completely happy with your system. After that period our dedicated Service Manager will help you with any needs.
STEP 6: Your Protection & Warranties
Workmanship on your system, 1 full year
Parts & labor to replace defective products we sold & installed, 1 full year. Manufacturer’s warranty applies.
Fine tuning, adjustments, firmware & software updated on your control system, 60 days
We also offer yearly protection plans that extend service calls, software updates, seasonal system checks & refresher training. Part time resident? Call us to pre-check before you return.
We also can help you re-design & remodel outdated drywall niches & cabinetry to accommodate newer TVs & hide the electronics. If you are building or remodeling, we’ll coordinate with your architect, general contractor, interior designer & other related trades who may be involved in your project.
